Slit Pouch??

Just to show my ignorance, I need to know how to use a slit pouch.  Yes I know you put stuff in it.  How is it secured to keep it from falling out?

I had one a long time ago i used to keep balls in, i would put in 10-20 or so in it, and let about 5 balls on one side, and the others on the other. and lay it over your belt with the slit on top, when you need a ball, just feel for one and slide it up to the slit in the middle of the pouch.

that is how i used mine.  it may not have been the right way, but seemed logical to me at the time when it was given to me.

I guess i need to make one now that i am back in the hobby.

sounds about right...

Unless you're talking about a market wallet kind of slit pouch. These you just throw over your shoulder the same as you would over a belt.
