it is not the guy in Pa. makin sidelocks ... found that out.
Got a 36 cal remington made by them ... must be rare.
lol

The only R.G. that I know about dealing with firearms is a company that makes or made cheep pot mettal handguns back in the 70's and 80's.

Mr Woodchuck

This one is a well made little wheelgun ... puts ya in mind of the little Lyman revolver of years ago... their 36 model.
Odd can never find any reference to it ...
lol

Had a Hawes single action years ago   just shot it till I plum wore it out
  sure was a fine gun

Smokin_Gun

I got this one cause the Hawes of L.A. was not far from here down in the Big City.
And It was New no box another excuse was is that it's a 1858 Remingtom .36 and din't have a Rem .36...heeheehee!
Doc you jus' gave me an excuse to own a few C&B Revs, you shot yers till it plumb wore out. See I'll jus rotate mine and save a Rev by spending a lil' more money.
Is that sound thinkin'?

Howdy Doc,
Would you look the revolver over real close and post any markings of any kind that you find anywhere?
Most names like the one on yours is the name of the selling dealer or importer. It was probably made in Italy and sold by this company. But let us know if you find any marking on it. Be sure to look on the barrel under the loading lever. Sometimes you even have to take off the grips and look on the side of the gripstrap. Look for any kind of a mark, number, letter, or logo.
