I will be at the MDNR Discovery Center near Chelsea Sat (26) doing a presentation on the early natives in Michigan.  All are welcome.  Please come and observe.  I welcome constructive suggestions.  Identify yourself.  I am anxious to meet some of you who travel this site.  Megwetch, Sinnanatha.

Need address for GPS. What time does it start? I'll try to make it if the old lady does't override me.

Rick, Its at the MDNR Discovery Center (was once called The Gerald Eddy Geological Center), west/north of Chelsea, off I-94.  Don't know GPS, or exit #.  I think there is a sign along the highway.  The exit is West of the Chelsea exit.  Starts at 2 PM, Saturday afternoon.  Would love to have you come.  Need constructive suggestions for the presentation.  If you can make it, come up and introduce yourself.  Its neat to be able to put a face with the names we see on this site.  Hope to see you.   Megwetch, Sinnanatha    Ray

Last Saturday was a very good day at the Quiet Water Symposium at Michigan State University.  Project Lakewell had a display, showing the work we do with schools, camps and organizations, about the fur trade era in the upper Great Lakes. Ran across many friends from the Grand River Expedition, last summer.  Megwetch, Sinnanatha
