Had not heard of this one - where id more info on it?  I will be at Wool-A-Roc near Bartlesville OK next weekend (Sept 28 - Oct 2)

I saw the announcement on Talking Bears rendezvous list.

Don't know for fact but heard it was cancelled due to fire ban,  just talk but check it out before loading up

Shure enough. i called and they said it will be rescheduled for early March.
