Original 1860 Army, still has some original blue and some original  varnish on the grips, bore isn't perfect but the action is a crisp as the day it was made. Neat old holster too, Never shot it Hank

Red Badger

I saw one at the Wannamaker gun show here in Tulsa a few weeks ago, talked with the owner a few minutes about my replica and he was kind enough to let me pick it up and look it over... then told me I had the better firearm as the repros have better steel and quality control... If I had had $1800.00 she would be part of my collection right now.

Very nice shape for an original.

RB, you should have picked that one up, my book says $5 to 7000 for this one and these old holsters are worth a lot too. A friend bought some property and there was an old house on it, on a shelf,in a closet was this gun and holster, he brought it to me and i was able to purchase it, very reasonably, I might add.  Hank
