not the first time ! probably owned over 60 guns in the last 35 years ,this last march I had 27 and now I`m down to 10 if you count two percussion revolvers and a single shot percussion pistol ! seems everytime things start going good , the bottom drops out ! figure I`ve got the luck of the irish . unfortunately luck comes in two kinds ! lost everything in 2004 and was homeless till 2006 , so things could be worse ! right now between my health and the crummy economy things are`nt exactly sunny and cheerful if you know what I mean ! but , I`ve survived worse , and I`ll make it through this little episode , god willing !

you can check it out for yourself ! http://www.middlesexvillagetrading.com/BritishMuskets.SHTML , the guns are made in india , but dont let that fool you , there`s absolutely nothing wrong with them . checked out a few before I bought this one , and not being willing to pay $400 more jus5t for a name , I bought this one  ! good solid well built musket ! lock works nicely , throws a lot of sparks in the pan !
