Ya'll ain't gonna believe this........(that's how a reneck fairy tale starts )

My wife was looking at gunbroker with me and she wanted me to bid on a flintlock .45 pistol.    So naturally I played it cool on the outside   While on the inside I was a little happy.   So I placed a bid and now I gotta wait another week until the bidding is over.  She gave me a max and I am hoping it will hold up to that.

But the good news is she wants them to shoot with the kids at the Mission Outddors shoots, because it is a little bigger and there is more for the kids to hold on too and her to hold on too as well.

Plus I get another flinter to put in the collection!

Yeah it may need a little TLC but it will give me a little project to do.....kinda looks like a prime candidate for barrel browning and need to work on that nose cap, too.
