I have a nice little cherry stocked 28ga smoothbored gun I'd like to sell.
The lock is M&G. Barrel is one of Salvos oct/rnd .55 caliber by 47" long.
I made all the brass fittings from sheet brass. Has a tapered hickory ramrod.
The gun has a 13 7/8" LOP and weighs in at 6 3/4 elbees. It holds and points nice.
Now the bad part. The gun does have a couple issues. The last picture shows (not very well) where a knot was (between the front barrel pin & RR pipe). It has a crack in it but it's not through, only superficial. I went wide on the barrel channel so there is some Acraglass bedding. There is a patch on the belly of the gun near the trigger where glue is noticeable. The patch is sound but kinda ugly.
I would ask more for this gun if it didn't have these issues but because of this I'm asking the parts price of $850.00 including shipping.
